My philosophy on education starts with religion and discipline; then the basics: reading, writing and arithmetic.
Children thrive on boundaries and rules. If they respect you as a teacher, they enjoy learning from you.
My favorite part of teaching is watching the children learn. There are times when the children get a look in their eyes when they just realized they learned something new and they get so excited. It is so beautiful.
I like to spend time with my family, going on road trips and finding new places to explore. One of my favorite things to do on the weekends in the fall is to watch football.
